Each person 18 years of age needs to submit his/her own application.

Applicants are reviewed on the same criteria, one person or family at a time, on a first application in, first application out process.

If you would like to schedule a viewing appointment, please submit an application online then print and fill out credit check authorization.  You can e-mail, fax, mail, or drop it off at our real estate office once completed.  The screening fee is $18.00 per application & covers the credit check.  After your application has gone through the screening process we will contact you to set the viewing appointment.  If you have specific questions regarding a rental or our screening process, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Credit Authorization

When you click Apply Online, you will see the application appear in a new window, using our SECURE SERVER.

You can verify the certificate of the server by clicking on the lock located in the bottom right of your internet browser (or the URL bar in IE 7), or by right clicking on the page and selecting the properties option.

The SECURE certificate is provided by LinkUSystems, Inc.
